The lease option is highly recommended for those considering buying a horse. Leasing allows the prospective horse owner to really understand the level of commitment and responsibility needed to keep a happy, healthy horse. Leasing also provides a great opportunity for extra hours in the saddle and “horsey” time for anyone unable to own their own equine buddy.

For lease on farm only "Robyn" 15 yr Welsh X Mare - 14.1h permanent card. Been there done that Fancy Pony! Judges love her! She's a easy keeper, cute mover, sound, sane, and ready to take your child up to Short Stirrup and Beyond. She will give her next rider the mileage and success they need in the show ring.
Acquired Assets
"Wyatt" is a 9 year old appendix gelding who stands around 16.2h. Offered for half lease at Serenity Creek Equestrian Center only. He has been shown frequently at the Georgia International Horse Park and Wills Park- a judges favorite! Would be the perfect situation for an advanced beginner or intermediate rider. The farm is located outside of Athens presenting a good opportunity for a UGA student to get more horse time. Showing option available, but not required. We are also available to help you find and purchase horses from off of the farm. A standard 10% commission is charged on sales/purchases negotiated by Serenity Creek Equestrian Center employees.
